Chloe Stubbins from Netpremacy talking about Change Management, and suggesting that if businesses can move over to Google Apps for mail, data storage and productivity tools, and feel comfortable with the security and other implications, then any school should be able to do the same.  Interesting to hear the experiences from a more process-oriented implementation perspective.  Her contention is that less choice (Outlook, Word etc.) is actually an essential ingredient of a successful implementation.
